In the proceedings of judge Martyniuk S. there is case No. 904/3325/20 on the application of the Private Joint-Stock Company "Dniprovsky Metallurgical Plant", the city of Dnipro, on the approval of the rehabilitation plan of the Private Joint-Stock Company "Dniprovsky Metallurgical Plant" before the opening of bankruptcy proceedings.

By the decision of the commercial court dated November 18, 2022, the applications of Metprombud Invest LLC and TD TEK-Ukraine LLC to terminate the rehabilitation procedure of DMZ PJSC pending the opening of bankruptcy proceedings were rejected. The Sanitation Plan of the Private Joint-Stock Company "Dniprovsky Metallurgical Plant" (49064, Dnipro, Mayakovskogo St., b.3, identification code 05393056) was approved before the opening of bankruptcy proceedings in the new version with changes. The pre-trial reorganization of the Private Joint-Stock Company "Dniprovsky Metallurgical Plant" (49064, Dnipro, Mayakovskogo St., b.3, identification code 05393056) has been extended for the period provided for by the Plan for the rehabilitation of the Private Joint-Stock Company "Dniprovsky Metallurgical Plant" in the new edition with changes.
