To the attention of the participants in the proceedings in case No. 904/3325/20, judge Martyniuk S.

In the proceedings of judge Martyniuk S. there is case No. 904/3325/20 on the application of the Private Joint-Stock Company "Dniprovsky Metallurgical Plant", the city of Dnipro, on the approval of the rehabilitation plan of the Private Joint-Stock Company "Dniprovsky Metallurgical Plant" before the opening of bankruptcy proceedings.

By the decision of the commercial court dated 10/28/2022, the request of Metprombud Invest LLC to appoint a comprehensive forensic examination in case No. 904/3325/20 was rejected. The oral request of the representative of GIR-International LLC to request evidence was granted. The Private Joint Stock Company "Dniprovsky Metallurgical Plant" requested information and its documentary confirmation on the following issues:

- what are the volumes of production from coal supplied from the Russian Federation?

- is coal used in production purchased from other countries? If purchased, in what volume, quantity and percentage of all coal purchased?

- what volumes of coal are planned to be purchased in other countries?

- are there other raw materials that are purchased from the Russian Federation?

The court session has been postponed to consider the application for approval of changes to the debtor's rehabilitation plan before the opening of bankruptcy proceedings, application (entry No. 24266/22 dated 07.28.2022) of "Metprombud Invest" LLC to terminate the rehabilitation procedure and application (entry No. 33303 /22 dated 05.10.2022) LLC "Metprombud Invest" on termination of the rehabilitation procedure on 11.11.2022 at 10:00 a.m.
