In the proceedings of judge Martyniuk S. there is case No. 904/3325/20 on the application of the Private Joint-Stock Company "Dniprovsky Metallurgical Plant", the city of Dnipro, on the approval of the rehabilitation plan of the Private Joint-Stock Company "Dniprovsky Metallurgical Plant" before the opening of bankruptcy proceedings.

By the decision of the commercial court dated September 14, 2022, the oral request of the representative of Metprombud Invest LLC to request evidence was granted. Requested from the Private Joint-Stock Company "Dniprovskyi Metallurgy Zavod" (49064, Dnipro, Mayakovskogo str., b. 3; legal entity identification code 05393056) - primary documentation regarding the execution of the contracts provided together with the explanation (issue No. 107/89 of 22.08.2022). The court hearing on the consideration of the application for approval of changes to the debtor's reorganization plan before the opening of bankruptcy proceedings and the application of "Metprombud Invest" LLC to terminate the reorganization procedure has been postponed until 09/21/2022 at 10:00 a.m.
